www.physed.com.au was developed by RunThrowCatch, a company set up by Keir Baker and Steve Brophy in 2005.

Keir BakerKeir completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) RMIT in 2000. Keir has been teaching for 10 years and has worked in both Primary and Secondary sectors. At Mill Park Heights Primary School, he developed an Alternative Sports Program (ASP) for students who chose not to compete in competitive sport. This program is now an integral part of the RMIT Exercise Science teaching pedagogy. Keir also developed a comprehensive intra-school sport program comprising of 16 teams and 8 sports all running at the same time. He was a foundation teacher at the Lakes P-9 school in South Morang where he was Head of their PE & Health department. Keir is currently a foundation teacher at Acacia College in Mernda.

Steve Brophy

Steve completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) at RMIT in 1999 and has taught for 10 years throughout Australia and overseas (Graded International school, Sao Paulo, Brazil). In 2006, he received Band 3 (Exemplary practice) status at Eltham College of Education for outstanding teaching practices and was also responsible for the development of the online video reporting pilot. Steve is currently completing his Master of Education through Deakin University and is a foundation Learning advisor at the Melbourne City school.
